- Quick entry – a simple form on the Add Entry sheet, or a sidebar on your computer. Works in the Google Sheets mobile app too.
- Balances at a glance – who owes you, who you owe, and your net position.
- Statements – every transaction with a person, with a running balance, for any date range.
- Settlements – fills in what is outstanding and records the payment in the right direction.
- Your currency and date format – including Indian digit grouping (1,00,000).
- Private – your data stays in your spreadsheet. We never see it.

Install Loan Tracker from the Google Workspace Marketplace, open a blank spreadsheet and choose Extensions → Loan Tracker → Setup workbook. See Support for a step-by-step guide.
